  Unethical. I discovered water damage after the purchase of my mobile home. A half hearted attempt to repair the affected areas had been made by the sellers. Other areas were covered up with personal belongings. I hired someone to inspect the home but they didn't see the damage either. After I spent an additional 2,500 to properly repair the walls and floor I contacted my agent and the broker, to ask if the owner would reimburse me because she had deceptively signed disclosure statements saying no damage existed. Obviously she knew because she covered it up. No one at Century 21 cared. Disgusted.
